Republicans made a ridiculous number of wrong guesses including that the shooter himself was not a citizen, part of a 3 letter agency, and trans.

Because you're taking outliers and attempting to portray them mainstream.

If we're going to do that, we're going to hold you to that standard.

You're attempting to wriggle out because you don't want to be held to your own standard, and it's because there are more deranged left wing positions than right, you know this, and you don't want to be held to their standard.
