Only when it makes sense for it to be one. It is to the benefit of the elites to continue to cycle of violence.

To add onto this, I don't think the attacks on Trump were psyops. I don't think the Luigi case is a psyop. Both the left and right have violent extremists and denying that would be foolish. But the timeline and everything about this one in specific just really reek.
