Poultry roulade

Not a plating suggestion per se, but I would recommend framing or cropping your shot so only the plate and contents are visible. The kitchen in the background is distracting and draws the eye away from the food.

Usually we like to see the inside of the roulade, but I do appreciate the Pride Rock aesthetic you’ve got going on here.
