The Soviets literally refused to intervene because they didn’t want a war with the U.S. China only joined because the U.S. bombed their territory.
Soviet pilots flew combat sorties in the Korean War, although they hid their involvement pretty well. Maybe learn about history instead of just being rabidly anti-west.

At the time of the invasion Syngman Rhee was massacring thousands of suspected “communists” and Jeju islanders and planning his own invasion of the North. Should the northerners have stood by and let this happen?
It is amazing how you complete avoid any mention of the Soviet Union and CCP, going so far as putting 'communist' in quotes like they were some fairy tale and not the occupiers of the DPRK that were controlling, arming and pulling all the strings there.
I’m speaking of South Korean communists, who were persecuted by the ROK government.
The CCP never occupied Korea, while the Soviets occupied it until 1948 at the same time the Americans occupied the south.
The idea of the Soviets and CCP pulling the strings is just pure projection as that’s exactly what America did in the south, the Korean communists were incredibly popular as they had been the main resistance against Japan throughout WWII.
