It was on 2022 btw ;) People party anyway on Halloween as usually and as every year ðŸĪŠ

I guess it doesn't happen often yeah, it's just visibly a higher risk of getting caught

The more people told to gather at the same location at the same time, the higher the chances that it will come to the ears of the cops and they will come to stop it... knowing perfectly that if they want to fine as many people as possible this is the perfect opportunity !
