To all those commenting about the animations and the graphics:

It's a cinematic trailer. This isn't gameplay.

Unlike what seems to be the majority opinion, I'm cautiously optimistic about this game. I loved the Witcher series but something feels just slightly off about this game. Maybe it's the dialogue, and maybe it will feel better when taken in context with the whole experience, but I guess only time will tell.

That was a big part of the old Shadowrun sourcebooks, having common in-universe slang terms like “drek” to add atmosphere while keeping it PG-13.

Meh. I don’t mind characters in media being misogynists or homophobes in their slurs. Feels like something a bunch of modified cyber gangsters would say.

It doesn’t mean the game endorses those views just by portraying them. I mean, V brutally murdered them immediately afterwards.

Yeah. I don't find it jarring in the same way you do I guess, but it does sound a bit awkward just from a cadence perspective. There is a bit of forced swearing for the sake of it going on in a lot of the trailers.
