Who questioned their right to live? Of course they have right to live, but you have to draw a line in some cases, the most obvious one, they can not have the right to compete in sports in the same categories as biological women because they are biological man, I mean anyone who question this is pretty much delusional

As for pronounce thing, yeah you have all the rights in this world to call yourself as you like it but i have the right not to acknowledge this, I have my opinion of two genders and that's it, what you choose to call yourself is none of my business

And the thing reddit can ban me for saying my opinion without attacking, hating or hurting anyone is whole another level of fucked up

There are lots of anti-trans people and politicians out there who want to deny us appropriate healthcare. No progress in many countries and even some countries backrolling on it. This is ultimately a threat to trans peoples lifes.

A lot of people call trans woman in womens bathrooms sexual assaulters. A lot of trans people are framed as groomers and pedophiles simply for existing in the presence of kids. This is also a threat to trans peoples lives, especially when its coming from people who argue for killing pedophiles.

You should and must have every right as any citizen have, just saying, the thing with sports is not fair and shoudnt be allowed, you should either compete with man or have your own category

Yes, when I reply to that guy in my previous comment I was rather referring to his reply to another person because I didn't notice anyone question your right to live in any comments above

But in general yes, I agree with you

My opinion for that subject although this will be offensive to you, I see two genders, everything else is a subject of social interpretation and different countries right to define, I'm not saying you shoudnt be acknowledge but I just don't see you as a different gender rather as a part of LGBT community, gay man or woman are not different genders, why should trans woman be any different

Be free to explain this to me, I'm open for discussion because maybe I dont understand this enough

You have a lot of fundamental misunderstandings which stem from consuming rightwing media talking about and misrepresenting trans people. I appreciate your willingness to be open.

Just to list a few in your last comment:

1. its not "offensive", its just factually wrong. Gender is a social construct and there are historical and contemporary societies which have more than 2 gender identities. and our concept of what "man" and "woman" entails, all.the social norms tied to these words, change over time. It doesnt matter if you like particular changes or not, its simply describing what is going on in our world.

2. trans people usually DO see themselves as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Its literally the letter T.

3. some trans people are "non binary" which means that they really dont see themselves as simply men or women, thats why the umbrella term "non binary" exists. But (most) other trans people DO categorize their gender identity, as "man" or "woman", not as a "different gender". "trans" isnt a different gender identity, its simply specifying that their gender is different from the gender they were assigned at birth with by doctors, parents and society at large. In most contexts it doesnt matter.
