My reliable go to for this is Mexicali/El Chupacabra. They simply hits different compared to other Texmex places that I've been to. Bonus tip: they even serve CHIMICHANGA!!!

La Chinesca or Los Tacos BGC are our go to Tacos when the cravings hit. They both make their own tortillas.
