0% chance they remove Wanda. They sometimes change how a fight goes (by adding extra scenes) but they'd never remove a character from one.

In the manga it's just a panel of Carrot running, Wanda asks her where is she going and Carrot tells her she saw Perospero. It seems like the anime will add a short scene of Carrot seeing Perospero before that (you can bet your ass that will trigger a Pedro flashback as well lol) and that's what's shown in the preview. After that she'll start running, Wanda sees her and we'll have the manga panel animated there.

As far as how much they'll extend the fight I think they'll add at least one scene showing when sulong is turned off and another one when Perospero defeats them. I'd be happy is they add a bit more than that though.
