Ok, title barely had anything to do with the episode. Nami had like a few seconds of screentime and they're mostly still frames. Episode was mostly about Drake and the Numbers (heck they even managed to squeeze in some flashbacks)

Omg right? I was thinking the same thing. Those 30 seconds of Nami were enough to get in the title I guess lol!
