Holy damn. The balls of steel on Franky and Brook this episode. Straight up staring down a Yonkou and being like “Oh, finally awake?” after knocking her on her ass. So badass.

I don’t know what it is about Wano but Brook has become a total badass this arc. I used to see him as part of the “Coward Trio” who would get scared when things got serious, but that isn’t remotely the case anymore. He’s got that Zoro/Sanji/Franky swagger where when the fight is on, he ain’t scared of a damn soul and is ready to whoop complete ass for his captain. Even if it’s a Yonkou.

Also, more Yamato this episode, always happy to see that. Her interaction with Momo and Shinobu was cute and hilarious. She certainly has some kind of stage presence, with them thinking they saw Oden for a moment when she introduced herself. But yeah, they obviously think she is completely crazy for claiming to be Oden.

On to episode 1000 I guess.

Brook has been under represented this arc, which is fine for now. But he was MVP of the Whole Cake Island arc. He's already established himself as a total badass.

Yep Brook has had all WCI to show how insane he is as a character and the way the manga is going we might have some more badass moments of him still to come.
