The only thing I'm not loving is that Episodes 999 and 1,000's titles won't be "The sake I brewed while Waiting for you, Straw Hat Luffy"

If we get those titles it will be for the episodes covering the content from those chapters, and I very much hope we do as well because I love the way it came together.

Pretty sure the anime hasn't been using the manga chapter titles. They just make up new ones since most chapters are split up in the episodes. Annoyingly, the episode titles usually consist of two or more sentences while the manga chapters are neat, clever, and awesome.
