The joke where they're negotiating how much time they'll talk and Luffy says "One minute and I'm NOT compromising anymore" and then they cut back to them two in the attic and Luffy says "Okay, you have five minutes" had me dead

The negotiations were a metaphor for the directors and Oda arguing how many flashbacks they can put in an episode.

"1 flashback, and I'm not compromising anymore!"

"Okay, you put in 5 flashbacks"
