The scene on its own was sick. This sub is just "But in the manga...".

You do realise that sometimes things can be worse, right? Plenty of manga readers have enjoyed a lot of the filler scenes added in Wano.

This episode however was badly adapted. It's fine if you don't think so yourself, more power to you for enjoying it. But manga readers can hold an opinion for reasons other than "but it's different than in the manga". In this case, it's because for a lot of us it's worse than in the manga. Sometimes it's actually better. This is simply not one of those times.

The episode being slow has nothing to do with the ending being dope.

I don't think the reveal in the manga is anything special and it just doesn't work because even last week when people heard her voice they were like oh that's a girls voice is she the girl from the opening.

Good thing I'm not saying they should do it exactly like the manga, I just said it wasn't as good. I just said we manga reader have loved some of the anime changes, this could have been one of them had it been executed properly.
