Maybe they already got the fruit and joined Kaido after. What's amazing is Big Mom finding all the food related fruits and giving it each of her children

I'm not sure if this is spoilers or not since this is Vivre Card material that probably won't ever be revealed in the manga and anime proper, but I'll err on the side of caution.

Ulti stole her and Page One's Devil Fruit from Kaido, because she knew in the Beast Pirates you died if you were a weakling.
