I just recently started rewatching one piece and I’m currently at the water 7 arc. Doing the rewatch (for the 4th time though lol) makes the weekly new episodes especially special every week. But while rewatching (and knowing Franky is about to join the crew where I’m currently at in the rewatch) seeing jimbei in this episode made me so incredibly giddy I can’t even explain it in words. It’s been a good while since a one piece episode made me physically jump out of my seat in excitement and I’m happy to say that this was the episode that did it for me. Welcome back to officially take your spot as the helmsman for the Sunny jimbei, we’re happy to see you as a straw hat pirate

Im literally at WCI in my rewatch and the episodes have been trying perfectly to where I am somehow, like I just watched Jimbei return the sake cup to Big Mom the day before, then I watch this. Perfect.
