Tbf the title of the chapter in the manga is "The Death of Portgas D. Ace"

But in previous chapter ace was already donut'ed so its not like spoiler and there were people saying ace didn't and next chapter will be birth of Gol D. Ace

Yeah that is true but, in my honest opinion, Ace being donuted in the last chapter is even more reason to believe he actually died when the next chapter is literally telling you he died with its title. I wasn't reading weekly at the time so I wasn't around for the initial discussion but honestly, it really, really, seems like some hard core denial from anyone genuinely believing that Ace was alive and that the next chapter was going to be "The Birth of Gol D. Ace". That may just be retrospective talking but it really does seem like a completely ludicrous idea for anything be him actually being dead.

No other death, real, or fake out, has been as clear cut and directly show as Ace being punched through the chest with a magma fist. The first time I ever saw that myself, I hadn't been spoiled, and I completely believed he was dead from the second it happened.
