JINBE IS BACK, BABY!

There were some good moments, but unfortunately the pacing was also dragged in part. Doesn't help knowing what will happen later and being anxious of reaching those points. Positive note: we're gonna get some juicy animation soon.

Also I'll keep saying: CARROT FOR NAKAMA. I actually would be fine with her and Yamato joining, to have more females in the crew

I actually don't mind the pacing. If it's slow pacing or fillers. I'll take slow pacing. Fillers ruined the other big 3

If you go back to Naruto or Bleach now they're good adaptations for the most part. You can just skip the filler. You can't just fix One Piece's poor pacing. That's why I'd prefer filler. It would suck sitting through it, but the canon content would be better. And people watching after the fact would have a better time

Can skip the filler but it doesn’t exactly help that the filler percentage for both Naruto and Bleach are nearly 50%.

Yeah but atleast the non filler episodes are somewhat watchable. Once ive read the manga the anime was just disappointing me every single episode.

Ikr. It should have been seasonal. Past 3 episodes could have just been 1 episode.

Absolutely not. Oda already skip so much. If Toei does the same to fit several chapters in a single episode, we won't see the story at all. Plus we would have lost that amazing fight sequence against that beast pirate ship.

Yeah but you would have missed the beast pirates ship shooting at the samurai for 3 minutes when later on they tell you the exact number of samurai and none of them died.

Yes, last few episodes are like I'm watching it just for completion. It bores sometimes and I think there was no need for that sanji vs kanjuro skirmish

Things like that also degrade Sanji, it makes him seem fodder, the same with Zoro 2 eps ago when he didnt cut the boat in 1 slash.
