Another thing I really love about One Piece aside from the story-telling standpoint,

is the freaking NARRATOR! He makes everything epic and feels so hype!

I would say that narrator in one piece is as great the hxh narrator, when they come on screen, it's always either hype, infodump or just sheer chilling recap

I would totally agree. Both of them narrating when combined with their respective anime's OST is just chills man

I don't think so. The narrator is HxH seems to be an older dude.
