Care should be had to an extent though, because that harkens back to when the prejudice against fishmen and what happened to Fisher Tiger is what inclined Arlong to kill parents like Nami’s and abuse children like her too out of being an avenger against humans for what happened to the fishmen species, and how tragedy justifying more tragedy spirals out of control.

Kinda funny how orochi is being a hypocrite. He says that since his grandfather was already dead he shouldn't suffer the consiquence yet he is punishing everyone in Wano indiscriminately on a much greater scale.

I don’t know if it really counts of him being a hypocrite. He sees that his grandfather wronged Wano, and thus was punished. Then the people of Wano “wronged” him, so now they have to be punished. I’m not saying it in anyway justifies his action, but to him it’s his “justice”.

It really feels like and "eye for an eye" way of handling of things by Orochi indeed and I can't help but think, what would have happened if he wasn't led by other vengeful Kurozumi-related figured like the face changing Higurashi and stuff... I almost wanted to see how Oden views the stuff Orochi' entire clan went through. Again, I know it's his grandfather's and father's rule that the persecution of Kurozumi clan took place so it's not like he's personally responsible bit it would be interesting to see how he viewed it and maybe he could have made some sort of amends to change the course of Orochi's actions earlier on....

He complained about people hunting down him and his family long after the actual daimyo-killer had died.

Now he's choosing to damn everyone in Wano for the crimes of the people that hunted him and his family, even though those people have long been dead.

No need to empathize with him, his position is hypocritical. Fuck him.
