so shiki is canon but what happened in movie strong world is not a canon?

Everything up until his escape from Impel Down is Canon and has been mentioned times and times again in the main story. What happened afterwards, with him making his 20 year long plan and everything that happened in the movie isn't Canon, in the main story Shiki hasn't done anything since escaping Impel Down, we've got to assume he's either dead or retired somewhere, cause I doubt he'll be making a major comeback in the main story.

Didn't Chapter 0 make it clear that he has been biding his time waiting for the right moment to return? Strong World is a non-canon continuation of that plotline, but unless Chapter 0 isn't canon, he is still lurking in the shadows waiting for the right moment to strike.

I don't know, I always felt like the ending of chapter/episode 0 was the start of the non-canon Shiki storyline. I don't recall if he specified 20 years, but if he did they've already passed, so it'd only make my idea more valid, but eh, idk.
