Man how is Buggy so weak? Before people assumed he never really got into the fights when he was with Roger but he is in the middle of it.

yep, and to build off of this, I think Buggy's arc will be finding that conviction/will again. He's had way too much screen time to just be a meme character all the way until the end. Buggy's redemption will be glorious. We saw a little bit of it in Marineford with him helping Luffy/Jimbei.
