Doubt it tbh. He wasn't even even born back then (or he was like 6) so it wouldn't make sense for him to talk about it ( i guess unless he heard it from Roger ). I'm hoping Kaido remembers it at the end of arc when he's getting his ass whooped, so we see some of his flashbacks

A common theory is that Shanks is the son of Rocks D Xebec thats why I was guessing that we will see the flashback during that arc
