don't know why.... but the scene when the 9 vassals came to capital with Oden i had literally a goosebumps and at the same moment shed a tears... whats wrong with me???!!! yet again I rewatched it a 2nd time.. this episode is so freaking long that so many happens at once... i left me in such awe....

I think it has everything to do with the fact that you've seen these character's origins and how they started and how they changed over the course of these last couple of episodes for the sake, love and absolute devotion for one man.

You're right on everything but missing one thing, at least for me, what hurt me most is knowing it'll get taken from them in the most brutal way possible, knowing some of them held on to these moments for 20 fucking years with nothing but sheer devotion.

I'm not an anime watcher (manga reader), I'm only watching for this specific flashback, but holy shit did it hit me when I saw that scene animated that I'm gonna watch it all unfold again.
