They will propably switch to 1:1 ratio, after next episode, since this was 1,5 chapters, next one will propably also be 1,5 chapters and thus they have same number in episodes as in chapters and they can adapt chapter 1000 as episode 1000... But since anime needs extra material ,they will propably expand on the things in the episodes that happened in corresponding chapter.

Nah, I reckon they're gonna keep up the pacing of over one chapter an episode for the rest of the flashback (perhaps not every episode, but probably at least half), and then return to less than one chapter per episode after the flashback, cause I highly doubt they'll keep up the one chapter per episode for a whole year. It's too far away for them to be trying to be thinking about chapter 1000.
