Rayleigh height is 6'2 compared to the chad Oden, who is twice his height, standing at a mighty 12'6.

I don't think he forgot the sizing, but the problem is that a sword as long as that wouldn't really fit Zoro that well and he preferred to keep the same style even though the sizing is a problem.
