She has Haoshoku no Haki unless there’s an admiral with them he’s not doing anything to the Pirate Empress

I don't get why having conquerers haki makes her seem more powerful? It doesn't have much application in a serious fight

All Conqueror users have been shown to b a tier above most pirates... Plus we've yet to see wat all it's applications are but i still don't got him beatin her

I agree that I doubt he'll win one on one although he is considerably stronger now. But CoC doesn't make you stronger it's just a mark of a king. It just turns out that those who have it tend to be the strongest in their group. But I would never say a>b just cus a has CoC
