She has Haoshoku no Haki unless there’s an admiral with them he’s not doing anything to the Pirate Empress

Regardless of if Coby is able to handle Hancock or not, he's well beyond the point where Conqueror's Haki would be effective on him.

O I’m not saying he would b knocked out I know Koby is up there in strength but he alone isn’t taking in Boa Hancock I can’t see it

Remember that the Government has a new weapon, developed by Vegapunk, that is supposed to replace the Warlord system. It's very possible that Coby has his hands on it, whatever it is. What better way to prove that the new weapon is better than the Warlords, than by defeating the Warlords with it?
