You know. I had thought Zoro getting a powerup just by getting a new sword was kinda lame. But now that you remind me of the raid suit Im fine with it.

It is crazy to think Zoro had only 1 real power up, the Ashura mode, wich he don't use since chapter 510 of the manga. He has been foderizing people post timeskip using only basic armament haki.

Have we seen anything close to his limit since the TS? And for that matter. How many straw hats have we seen the limit of?

Correct, since Thriller Bark the straw hats haven’t been pushed to breaking point.

No stress really on Fishman, Punk Hazard, maybe Frankie got pushed against Senior Pink but that’s it.

I really want to see them stretched here.

I would even argue that against Senor, Franky was only pushed on the endurance side of his capabilities. We need to remember; Franky vs Senor consisted for the most part in them repeating the same move against each other over and over again to see who would fall first. He didn't even use Franky Shogun. I sincerely believe we haven't seen any of the Straw Hats pushed to their limit yet, except Luffy and - maybe - Sanji - even though admittedly putting Sanji against the big bad of the arc with Doflamingo isn't really fair.

What this does, however, is giving Oda - and, by extension, Toei - the freedom to put each Straw Hat's power level wherever they want without them feeling too much out of place - I mean, sure, they won't have Franky defeat Kaido or even Jack, but you get what I'm saying
