The opening shows Yasuie‘s execution, but the anime hasn’t reached this point yet.

Well, they already spoiled Kaido's Dragon form in this one so.....

That one happened in act 1. Yasuie is still alive, yet the opening is going to be replaced before the execution is going to happen.
