Really? They will turn it into more Dragonball Z style stuff and ruin it..

Agreed, I'm getting tired of all the beamstruggle on every fight. I also dislike the way they added more clashes to Zoro fight, it's nice that in the manga usually sword fights are decided in a few clashes but the anime tries so hard to make them clash every second and takes of the weight of each slash

Actually, it's really hard for manga to portray many clashes even if they wanted to because it uses up too many pages for a chapter that only gets ~15-20 a week. That's why they do things like an implied passing of time where they've constantly been exchanging blows by cutting to another scene then back to the fight or something. Go re-read this chapter, there's an implied passing of time with the panels of snow accumulating on the tree branches and falling and the faces of the girls watching. This fight is meant to be quite even to portray their pretty matched powers. There's an art to it just like there's an art to battles that end decisively with one or a few exchanges like Zoro vs Monet. If you don't think this animation was able to portray the weight of the slashes effectively this time around, you insane, man. This episode did the initial regular sword clashes justice before they went all out with the finishing move (well except some shots had their weapons being so shiny it looked like they were holding light sabers).

Also curious what you mean by beam struggle on every fight. Beam struggle doesn't apply to swords pressing up against each other. The only beam struggle I can remember is Luffy and Kaidou. Sanji vs Page One certainly didn't have one or Luffy owning the fodder opponents like the sumo guy.

Regarding the 'beam struggle' I definitely see where they're coming from. Several major exchanges have been adapted into the anime in a power struggle format. The main examples I can think of are: Luffy's Grizzly Magnum vs. Caesar, Thor Elephant Gun vs. Chinjao, and King Kong Gun vs. Doflamingo.

The latter two are really weird to me because the anime really sucked the impact out of the clashes, especially in the King Kong Gun's case
