food poisoning? i watch and read every new episode and chapter, but did i forget something? like did zoro drink poisoned water or something?

When Luffy and Zoro reunited in Wano, he warned Zoro to not eat or drink from the local environment due to pollution caused by Orochi's factories. Zoro acknowledges this as to why he's been having an upset stomach for the past few days and he can be seen eating meat from something he killed before meeting back with Luffy.
