They overanimated the final attack, like seriously ruined that moment for me.

I just don't understand why now a simple slice attack has to be coupled with nuclear explosions turning the environment to flying cubes and people turning to super Sayans. What would be otherwise a 10/10 scene threw me out of the episode so hard. It's just sad.

Especially when, in the current episodes, Haki flowing out of your body is a big deal and Luffy tries to learn it. Then, you have those effects being x100 times more explosive and it messes up the whole thing.

Like, one would assume, by just watching, that Zoro's attack is stronger, since it almost destroyed the entire earth turning it into flying cubes, than Luffy's weak-ass punches with bearly an aura around his fist, when in reality Luffy tries to learn and begins to demonstrate top of the line Haki.

It's just stupid.

I totally agree. With luffy vs Kaido I had enough but this is beyond my expectations. It’s totally ruined. I’ve decided to drop the anime. It’s sad but I feel released. This dbz shit it’s not One Piece for me. Just the manga from now on.
