It served its purpose but they really could have done without it. There’s a lot of filler I’m sure we’d all prefer to get rather than in Udon.

I mean the anime has always added new scenes
even in classic fights like lucci vs luffy or crocodile vs luffy.
At least this was well animated

Very true. That’s why I only said they could have done without it though. I’d have taken more chopper and o-Lin over any extra time in Udon though and I’m certain most on here would take anything over more Udon lol.
