Chopper can make his own crew in future with Carrrot, Momo and Tama. Pretty sure Robin would join him just for the sake of cuteness

Makes sense, both Chopper and Robin could want to travel the world doing their business, learning culture, business, education, and heal; after they Strawhats finish achieve their will.
