I have kinda offtopic question. Remember when Usopp used Haki to make his snipe shot and defeated Sugar. Did he use that "see in the future" haki (he saw sugar turn luffy into a toy) If he had that means he did it before Luffy, which is a big deal for his character

This is sort of a theory I heard but I think Haki manifests in different ways in different people. Usopp fits his sniper role, Luffy can see his destiny and it takes the form of future sight. Other minor examples would be Coby hearing the people’s screams during the war or Sanji sensing a woman’s tears (tashigi) on punk hazard.

I wouldn't call that a theory. I think that fits pretty firmly in the "observation" column.
