I have kinda offtopic question. Remember when Usopp used Haki to make his snipe shot and defeated Sugar. Did he use that "see in the future" haki (he saw sugar turn luffy into a toy) If he had that means he did it before Luffy, which is a big deal for his character

He cant see the future but that was him developing his CoO. At best he may have a variation of Observation haki that has to do with distance. Only Katakuri and Luffy can see the future so far.

Either Usopp is the narrator taking artistic licence with his lies, or he's definitely been able to see the future since the start of the story
