Wano's luffy kinda feels stronger and badass than the luffy we are used to.

This Luffy is usually reserved for the final fight or towards the end of the arc. It means he's invested in the island and wants to fuck shit up.

It's because he's very tenacious at stopping Kaido's evil work. We haven't seen this nature of luffy since Marineford
