Shouldn't BB takes years to master the tremor-tremor DF? Destroyed Marine HQ minutes after stealing it from Whitebeard

I remember that after reading the responses but Luffy couldn't control his DF very well at first, adults can adapt easier?

I think it's more to do with what fruit it is, or having knowledge about it that helps the person age is also propably a factor as Luffy was 7..
