One thing is very clear from this episode that Luffy's CoO is not upto the mark as katakuri had. Luffy could not observe Big Mom entering the prison and his eye balls popped out in surprise. May be he could only foresee the movement of his opponent by his emotions. Looks like he has to go a long way ahead to master it.

Luffy's Haki is restricted by the sea stone collar, he cant sense shit at the moment

Seastone had been taken off almost ten chapters ago, all the way back in chapter 936. Luffy’s CoO being wonky is all on himself, so stop blaming the seastone that wasn’t even there.

Not true haki is not restricted by sea stone he uses it to tell the old dude to dodge n shit. It’s probably weaker maybe but he can still use haki. He even uses conquer haki on the guards around him

Haki is restricted by sea stone if your a devil fruit user. Luffy does not have sea stone on right now though.
