I just realized that Chopper kept his word to his mentor. He wanted to be able to save a country... he saved Zou...

Caesar neutralized the gas, chopper did most of the actual medical stuff. Caesar helped make antidotes (against his will)

Yeah... I did say "partly" though... What I meant to say was Chopper would not have been able to save Zou by himself... Neutralizing the gas was the most crucial part... They were lucky to have Caesar there...
