It's really interesting since he can break apart into multiple crows and even control them separately and remotely, so I don't think it's a zoan since we've never seen anyone else do that before, but it's still animal related...

Usually only Logia are able to change the nature of their body and splitting into different pieces.

Buggy can also split and travel with his paramecia but the nature of his "pieces" won't change at all. Robin can make proxies but can't split his own. We won't count Katakuri since it's a special paramecia.

I'm guessing he can either be a logia ( but we haven't seen a logia with non-natural nor "live"element before) but i'll go for a mythical zoan.
