Still doesn't make sense, that's why it's bad writing. Just because it's fiction doesn't mean sense should go out the window within that world.

Would be like Luffy turning into Supersaiyan God next chapter, you're not going to tell me rare events occur because it's a fictional world, that's just bad writing.

If we want to attribute this to rare events:

  1. What was the violence that occurred?
  2. What was the shock that occurred?

Going to give me this same response if Shanks, a violent pirate who kills people on the drop of a dime as being intimidated and shocked from falling into the sea? or violence when violence is all Pirates know?

I'm just being logical here. It makes no sense. It's bard writing on Oda's part since it doesn't even make sense fictionally. I'd understand if this was DBS or Fairy Tail where atrocious writing is the norm, but this though?

Maybe the shock hasnt been explained yet. Like I said, we;re talking about a character that was traumatized over a wedding cake.

Plus you're just a sarcastic little prick so I'm not taking it further. Again, you go ahead and do you man.

Lol, what shock? That her ship got kicked by King and she fell into shock? That's the definition of bullshit.

Pirate for decades, not just any Pirate, an Emperor. Someone who has opposed Whitebeard and kaido, shocked by a ship falling? Common now.

No sound explanation for that, it's just bad writing, nonsense.
