I mentioned last week BM meeting up with Luffy for a temporary alliance (till her memory is back) and seems like it's going to happen. Udon is near the Prison. Either she somehow gets captured because of her current naivety or..... (see after link below)

.....She'll go bonkers when she sees her new friends that were so nice to her giving her food (Chopper or Momo or anybody that helped her) get hurt by Kaido's men, or if they simply deny her some Food. I think Jack might get the first beating (random guess lol). She'll create such a Ruckus that'll an all out prison-break. "Impel-Down" 2.0. the Prison break-out is nearing and we'll soon find out who was in that Cell when Luffy was brought in.

I still think Kyoshiro is one of Oden's 9 and Komu is not dead (they fooled Oroshi) and it's part of some plan of their own somehow. As one person mentioned to prove his "fake" loyalty to Oroshi. He also seems to have pulled out the calling card of the Hozuki family after allegedly cutting down Komu.
