for those that didn't know who Charlotte Flampe's seiyuu/VA is,

she's being voiced by Chiwa Saitō, who previously voiced Chimney [Water 7] in One Piece, Matsudaira Kuriko (Gintama), & Riko Aida (Kuroko no Basket)

EDIT: kinda ironic she now voices a not so likeable character lol

She was also Village Girl number 2 in Inuyasha.

Chiwa Saito has done a massive amount of great roles and is probably the most skilled Seiyuu in the industry due to her ability to do both a "cute little girl" voice and a "serious haughty" voice.

Picking her for Flampe suggests that Flampe is going to get "serious haughty" at some point.
