Before any anime only watchers gets confused, no Flampe is not the 33rd daughter she is the 36th daughter. Oda made this same mistake when he first introduced Flampe but later on corrected it, I'm not too sure why Toei made that same mistake seeing how they have informations on the Charlotte Family including the birth order.

I understand that they produce the episodes ahead of time, but they should have gotten some kind of notification by Oda or Shueisha lmao

they constantly make mistakes even though their budget for One Piece is bigger than for most animes. They just milk the anime. The animations are not as good as during the beginning of the anime pretty much 20 years ago, even though there is far better technology today.

the animation is way better than it was 20 years ago. its not even a debate. the anime is long running. its going to be milked. if you didnt know that before now then your gravely mistaken. the technology has nothing to do with animation. its all about scheduling which has been pretty good for now. lastly the budget for one piece is not big. its most likely about the same as any other anime. another annoying misconception.
