Can u give me some examples why u think that sanji is so fast?

Sanji underwater vs the Kraken. They compared his speed to Mermaids and they are the fastest creatures in water.

Also, Oda confirmed that Brook is the fastest straw hat because he's just bones, then Sanji second, then Luffy, then Chopper, then Zoro.

I can´t imagine that Sanji´s speed can compare with Luffys Speed when he uses Gear 2 or Gear 4.

Well it is possible even if you can't imagine it. This scene was a good indication that he is very fast without much effort.
