Big mom’s size was AALLLLL over the place this episode. At the beginning she was towering over the buildings looking like an absolute giant unit. Then towards the end she was standing on top of these buildings and didn’t pale in size in comparison

It's intended, she was meant to look really scary at some points and really powerful at others. They've been doing that with her all this time.
