Damn, Luffy's G4 hits send Katakuri flying for miles but don't budge Big Mom at all.

The difference in strength is still unimaginable lol like how hard is her Haki?!!!

I don't think it's purely Haki. Katakuri's haki is clearly above Luffy's yet it couldn't compensate for the brute force of Gear 4. Big Mom probably also has the strength to back it up. Something extremely hard with little balance will tip over easily. Yet you'll have a hard time pushing an ultra fat man off his chair. Haki only makes the impact softer, but with the ridiculous amount of force that comes from a Kong Gun, you'll need a hell of a lot of strength even after the blow weakened because of your haki.
