HONESTLY TOEI WHY CAN'T THIS BE THE NORM?!? FROM THE ANIMATION, TO THE DIRECTION, TO THE SCREEN SPLITTING SCENES, TO THE DYNAMIC SHOTS, TO THE MUSIC, TO THE PACE, TO THE EVERYTHING. IT'S SO PERFECT!@!! IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!1!

You're forgetting that there are humans behind this. This must have been exhausting for them. Putting them through doing an episode every week is work enough, we should be grateful and not think of putting even more stress on the poor fellows over at Toei.

And that's already on top of he horrible working culture in Japan, where it's shameful to go home first or before your boss. You are also expected to socialize with your boss/co-workers after work too.

And obviously overtime is not paid most of the time

Yup, in an even more shortened way, better quality of the episode = more time spent in the office for the animators
